The name Villa Silencio was chosen because of the continuous serene peace and quiet. Almost only natural sounds can be heard. This is partly due to the villa's elevation of 600 meters. As a result, the surrounding views are also fascinating and expansive. On the opposite side of the valley lies Comares, built on top of a mountain peak. The view of the horizon changes in color and contrast throughout the day and across the seasons, offering a delight to behold.

In addition to the tranquility of Villa Silencio, it offers something unique: it is centrally located and within an acceptable travel time of the (historic) cities of Málaga, Marbella, Nerja, Granada, Córdoba, Ronda, and Sevilla. The beach and sea are only half an hour away. Several impressive natural areas with many hiking opportunities (including the world-famous Caminito del Rey!) are also easily accessible. In the winter season, it is even possible to ski in the beautiful Sierra Nevada, just about an hour and a half’s drive away! When you book we provide many links to interesting places and activities. The open kitchen adjoining the living room, is equipped with modern kitchen appliances and a unique view as far as the eye can see. When you’re standing in front of the stove on the kitchen island, you can still join the conversations held at the table.

The Living Area

Walking into the living area you will be welcomed with the uninterrupted view which is stunning from sunrise to sunset in every season. Thanks to the large glass windows combined with the chosen color schemes and decor, the house is bathed in light and feels spacious. Of course, all rooms are air-conditioned. The living area also has a 65-inch smart TV, and there is free high-speed Wi-Fi satellite internet in all rooms and on all terraces. Spending time inside during a movie night now feels like the hybrid version of a cosy starry night combined with the comfort of a couch and blanket.

To make your stay even more convenient, there is an outdoor shower. The uniquely shaped salt water pool is heated, beautifully lit when the sun sets and offers a stunning infinity view.
