Villa Silencio owes its name to the constant sense of serene peace and quiet, where almost only natural sounds can be heard, partly due to its elevation of 600 meters. This location also offers wide, captivating views, including Comares perched on a mountain peak across the valley. The panorama continuously shifts in color and contrast throughout the day and the seasons.

In addition to its tranquility, Villa Silencio offers a unique central location within comfortable travel distance of historic cities such as Málaga, Marbella, Nerja, Granada, Córdoba, Ronda, and Sevilla. The beach and sea are just 30 minutes away, while impressive natural areas with excellent hiking opportunities, including the famous Caminito del Rey are easily accessible. In winter, skiing in the Sierra Nevada is possible, only about 1.5 hours away. The final cleaning costs are €250.00.

A security deposit of €1,250.00 must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. It will be refunded as soon as possible, within 14 days after departure, provided no damage is found.
